I’ve been helping families and individuals find their dream homes for over 30 years. I am a committed well-loved agent as well as a Principal Broker of two Windermere offices in the Portland area.
I spend most of my time working with customers. I deliver consistent, superior service and performance to my clients. I have built my career on a referral and repeat model, often selling the same home several times over—in addition to selling new-to-the-market properties. I have been lucky enough to have helped thousands of families find their dream homes with the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. I continue to be a valued advisor, working with buyers and sellers of everything ranging from modest homes to luxury estates.
As a native Portlander, I have a vast knowledge of the local areas as well as a proven record of contributing to my clients’ financial success’ and facilitating smooth transactions via refined management, selling and negotiation skills. I am a Platinum Member of the Master’s Circle—a group of agents who sell $20 Million or more in closed dollar volume—an achievement only accomplished by 1% of agents nationwide. I am a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES)—the latter of which allows me to better serve the expanding population of 50+ year-olds in the Portland Metro area. I work diligently to help clients find the right home, whether they are downsizing, upsizing or rightsizing. I am deeply loyal to my customers and will go above-and-beyond the call of duty to deliver excellent service and results.
At Windermere, each agent donates a portion of each closing to The Windermere Foundation. This is a non-profit organization that provides shelter, clothing, emergency assistance and other essential services to local low-income and homeless families. I personally give generously throughout the year and as a group, we have given millions of dollars to help families in need. My proudest achievement came in 2016 when I became “Grammy” to Charlie with a few more grandbabies on the way. If you’re planning on buying or selling in the Portland area, please contact me for personalized, professional assistance. I would be honored to help you take the next step in your life.
I was born and raised in Hood River, Oregon, the daughter, and granddaughter of the area's finest custom home builders. I grew up with an appreciation of fine craftsmanship and a general knowledge of the construction business. I graduated from Linfield College with a degree in business and my husband and I successfully ran our own business for over 25 years before I joined the Windermere Bridgeport/Charbonneau team in 2007. We are longtime residents of Portland and now Wilsonville, a community we very much enjoy. We have worked together as a team for over 4 decades, first for a Fortune 500 Company in Portland and now Ron assists me in my real estate business.
We have traveled extensively throughout the United States and other places around the world, and we've found there really is no place like home. Oregon has some of the most spectacular scenery we've seen, and we feel lucky to live here.
From my experience in business, I know the difficult part of any transaction is in the many small details. Real Estate transactions can be complex, so much of my efforts are to oversee and take care of the details so the transaction goes smoothly with no surprises.
As an Oregon native, I have witnessed the growth and transformation of our area. I give you educated answers to your questions about the area, as well as honesty, integrity, and professionalism. I bring over fifteen years of experience in real estate, excellent customer service, and a commitment to work hard, listen and follow through. I strive to help each client realize their own unique vision of happiness with outstanding professionalism, attention to detail, and an over-commitment to service. I take great pride in a happy client and a job well done.
John Cronkrite, Realtor is a member of Windermere Realty, along with his wife Traci. John is a Broker who partners with buyers and sellers of residential properties to reach their goals for finding a home that meets their dreams. Today’s market drivers are either relocations or enabling those who have a change in life circumstances that requires a change in their housing strategy. Change can be as simple as desire to leverage equity into a larger more comfortable home, or the result of changes in life and wanting to downsize.
John believes that a home is more than a structure. Homebuyers and sellers all have a common set of criteria for making a change, except all of them are unique and personal to those clients, and need to be efficiently managed with quality, care and honesty.
John is a lifelong Oregonian, who has managed to travel the world due to his executive positions with Hewlett-Packard. He can leverage the business of the corporate world, along with scars and laughs of working with startups, how to be a professional soccer parent, and how that all becomes relevant when dealing with a challenge of selling or finding a new home.
John is a graduate of Willamette University in Salem Oregon, with degrees in Economics and Social Science, and has participated in graduate training programs at Oregon State, University of Oregon and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a holder of 3 patents as a result of his out of the box thinking. And it is that type of thinking he can apply to meet your needs in real estate.
As a trusted real estate advisor for my clients, I strive to demonstrate the highest level of integrity and commitment. I understand that selling and/or buying a home is complex and deeply personal. There is a lot at stake and it’s quite possibly one of the biggest life decisions we make both financially and personally. I view it as a true privilege to be here to guide you through the process and feel it my responsibility to truly be an expert at the job. I understand the market, the players, and all of the variables involved in a real estate transaction. My main objective is to make sure you feel supported and know that you have a trusted friend and advisor by your side.
I have lived and worked in the Lake Oswego and Portland area for almost 16 years and absolutely love the northwest. I have extensive knowledge about the community, the local schools, the neighborhoods and what they have to offer, as well as a keen sense for finding my clients exactly what they are looking for. Whether you are buying or selling, I will work tirelessly to promote your best interests. As a proud member of the Windermere Bridgeport Realty Group, I carry the values of hard work, integrity, personal relationships, and outstanding client services into everything I do. With a passion for service, connection and helping others, I will go above and beyond to learn about my clients’ interests and goals in order to help identify their perfect home or investment. Building trust and nurturing long-lasting relationships is the foundation of my career.
In addition to real estate, I am a mom of a wonderful 11 year old little boy named Jack. I am a soccer practice taxi driver, cheerleader, and goalie/ball fetcher. I love adventuring in the outdoors, hiking, exploring beaches, escaping to the mountains, running, yoga and traveling if and when I get the chance. My motto is that we live once, so we might as well make the very best of it while we can!
A love of family and Oregon has drawn me back to the state where I was born. Hiking and skiing are passions that I easily indulge in while living in the Portland area. My move to the Tigard from Colorado has brought me back home. I was born and raised in Central Oregon.
Being a military wife for 15 years and moving every 3 years has given me a very good perspective on buying a home. Moving to Portland and buying a home as a single woman opened my eyes to some of the problems a single person navigating the real estate market alone can have.
I have worked in real estate since 1996. I started as an assistant and worked into office management. In 2000 I started my own independent business as a real estate assistant. After working with up to 25 brokers over a 7 year period, I decided in 2007 to obtain my real estate Broker’s license and put all this experience to work for me.
This diverse experience has given me the unique background and ability to empathize with my clients and to understand a transaction from beginning to end.
As a Realtor, I am a proud member of the National Association of Realtors and adhere to their standards of ethics and business practice. I have completed certification as a Senior Real Estate Specialist and a Certified Negotiation Expert.
My Mission is to build my business and my reputation upon the foundation of knowledge, honesty, integrity and dedicated loyal service to my clients. I work consistently toward long term relationships as a real estate professional that will build a tradition of trust. This tradition will be built within a framework of laughter and enjoying every moment of life to its fullest.

Every home purchase or sale is unique. Buying or selling your home is an exciting process but at the same time it can be stressful and can create uncertainty. Identifying what makes your transaction unique and paying close attention to your needs in order to make your transaction flow smoothly is my top priority. With collaboration, communication and keeping in mind your desired goal in your sale or purchase, it is my promise to represent you with honesty and integrity. I strive to make every transaction come together in a way that leaves all parties with a clear understanding of how the process works, where you are in the process and how each decision you make affects your transaction.
I come from a large family (7 kids!) where communication and collaboration skills were absolutely necessary and were modeled by my parents in our day to day lives. We have a rare blessing of being a close-knit family to this day.
Working with my husband and as half of a construction company focusing on new construction and remodeling, I appreciate how communication and collaboration is integral before, during and after a project and I continue to pursue excellence and satisfaction with each and every client that I am privileged to work with. I absolutely consider it a privilege to work with you.
My husband and I raised our three children in Lake Oswego and now are further blessed with six grandchildren to keep us on our toes!! We are incredibly fortunate to live in a part of the country that offers so much in the way of outdoor activities as we love to camp, ride our bikes and ride the sand dunes in our side by side (2 seat off road vehicle).
