At Windermere, each agent donates a portion of each closing to The Windermere Foundation. This is a non-profit organization that provides shelter, clothing, emergency assistance and other essential services to local low-income and homeless families. I personally give generously throughout the year and as a group, we have given millions of dollars to help families in need. My proudest achievement came in 2016 when I became “Grammy” to Charlie. I started selling real estate in 2005 when I became a partner at Windermere Clackamas. In 2008 I left to work for Windermere Relocation Services as Corporate Relocation Specialist. While there I worked primarily with federal agencies to coordinate the relocation of employees across the country.

I left Windermere Relocation Services to focus on individual, residential real estate and began working for Windermere Bridgeport Realty Group, located in Portland. A Little About Me...

A native Oregonian I was raised in Lake Oswego. My parents were active in our community and schools, volunteering and supporting events and businesses. I followed their lead while raising my own family and love seeing my kids and their families do the same. Being a part of such a great community makes me proud to call Portland home when sharing its lifestyle, culture, and real estate with my clients. 

In 1994 I obtained my real estate license. Two years later, I became a Principal Broker. In the years following I joined the top 5% of residential real estate agents in the nation by qualifying for Oregon’s Diamond Platinum Club and the Realty Alliance Group. I also earned my GRI, CRS, ABR and other designations as part of staying as informed of an agent as possible. As much as I enjoy learning I also enjoy teaching and training other agents about real estate. Doing keeps me sharp and allows me to take the best possible care of my clients while ensuring that the transaction process is smooth and fun as can be.

A few years back I was offered the Director of Sales and Marketing position in the senior living community I had just helped my parents move into. It was an opportunity I did not see coming and could not pass up knowing I would enjoy a new challenge while being nearer to my parents. Those few years I learned an extraordinary amount about a different side of real estate, our aging population, and their loved ones. I believe this experience has made me a better realtor and resource for the senior population that today makes up more than half of our country's population 

I have always enjoyed the people I meet in life. To be able to help strangers or friends with their real estate needs is a privilege I’ve never taken for granted. When not with my clients, I enjoy country living where I dig dirt, and play with my rescue dog, Daisy. I thoroughly enjoy my adult kids, their spouses, and my grand dogs. My new, and absolute favorite thing to do these days is spend time with my two brand new grandbabies or "GrandBerrys" as I love to call them. Two amazing little boys born January 2021 and June 2021. A Personal Note:

I was born and raised in Hood River, Oregon, the daughter, and granddaughter of the area's finest custom home builders. I grew up with an appreciation of fine craftsmanship and a general knowledge of the construction business. I graduated from Linfield College with a degree in business and my husband and I successfully ran our own business for over 25 years before I joined the Windermere Bridgeport/Charbonneau team in 2007. We are longtime residents of Portland and now Wilsonville, a community we very much enjoy. We have worked together as a team for over 4 decades, first for a Fortune 500 Company in Portland and now Ron assists me in my real estate business.

We have traveled extensively throughout the United States and other places around the world, and we've found there really is no place like home. Oregon has some of the most spectacular scenery we've seen, and we feel lucky to live here.

For over 30 years, I passionately served in a variety of capacities in nonprofit organizations in the United States and abroad. My training in Public Health and Gerontology and experience as an Executive Director of nonprofits provided me with meaning and purpose knowing I was helping to make the world a better place by building community and helping to connected individuals with resources that supported their well-being.

I bring that same commitment to community and passion for serving others to my new "Encore Career" as a Real Estate Broker in Oregon. Leadership in the nonprofit sector gave me the opportunity to understand the importance of building a strong network, truly listening with both my heart and mind to others as they shared their life stories and hopes and dreams, and creatively solving challenges to meet the needs of those I serve. I call Sauvie Island home and have lived in Oregon for over 22 years. My family has had the privledge of living in Japan, Kenya, Nepal, Malaysia and India and as you can imagine, travel is another passion of mine. My son, Takumi, lives and works in Honk Kong, and my daughter, Marina, is a Functional Nutrition Coach here in Portland. I co-parent two mini-Cattle dogs, Nellie and Petey, who love waking on the beach along the Columbia River at Sauvie as much as I do.

A love of family and Oregon has drawn me back to the state where I was born.  Hiking and skiing are passions that I easily indulge in while living in the Portland area.  My move to the Tigard from Colorado has brought me back home.  I was born and raised in Central Oregon.
